Using a mac mini for netflix 4k

HDMI 2.0 is the way to go, however, no Mac in existence can playback 4K HDR content from YouTube (on Safari), Netflix, or MKV files. Not sure if that will change with the DP adapter/cable. Has anyone had any luck playing back 4K HDR content over a USB-C/TB3 to Displayport cable/adapter?Ĭurrently, I can only get 1080P HDR content with HDMI 2.0.
